Games
The master list of every game — upcoming and past, drafts included. Edit details in the slide-over panel, publish individual drafts, and record scores. Exhibition games against outside opponents are badged and show the named opponent.
- Create games one at a time or import them in bulk
- Filter by season, division, and month; include draft games when you need them
- Publish a single draft game, or quick-score a finished one
- Exhibition games created by team staff appear here with their named external opponent
Locking a finished game prevents scorekeepers and referees from making further edits to score or stats. Unlock at any time if a correction is needed; the change is captured in the activity log.
Calendar
Month, week, and agenda views of every game and event, filtered by year-scoped divisions and teams. Season blackout dates render as shaded days, so an empty week explains itself.

Schedule Generator
Each division's schedule for the year on one landing — resume a draft, publish it, or start a new one. The generator fills your season's ice times with a balanced round-robin, created as drafts for review.
- Pick a division and season — teams and contracted venues pre-fill from the season's records
- Tune availability windows per venue: surfaces, days, cadence, and A/B week alternation for shared ice
- Generate a balanced draft with home/away balance and no-back-to-back options
- Review drafts, then publish — conflicts are flagged before anything goes public
Published games land on the public calendar and member schedules for the season. Draft games stay private to staff until then.
Team Events
Practices, tryouts, meetings, fundraisers, and other non-game events — team-specific or club-wide, one-off or multi-day. Members RSVP from the club site.

Events appear on the public calendar (or member-only, depending on visibility) and surface in personal feeds for invited teams. Reminder notifications go out 24 hours before the start time.
