Communications

Reach members through email campaigns, team bulletins, and automated notifications — and see how it all landed. Build audiences once and reuse them across everything you send.

Campaigns

Compose and send email campaigns with autosave, preview, and scheduling — including separate English and French subject and body, so each recipient reads their own language.

Where to edit
What you can do
  • Compose with autosave and preview, then send now or schedule for later
  • Write EN and FR variants and see your audience's language mix before sending
  • Track drafts, scheduled, and sent campaigns in one list, with a calendar view
  • Duplicate a past campaign as a starting point — preflight flags broken links and missing translations
  • Every email carries a working unsubscribe link in the reader's language; the French version gets the French anti-spam footer

What recipients see

Recipients receive the email at their preferred address with your club branding in the header. French readers get the French version, footer and unsubscribe pages. Opens and clicks are tracked back to each contact so you can see who engaged.

Audiences

The lists your campaigns send to — built from teams, divisions, roles, or hand-picked contacts, and reusable across every send.

What you can do
  • Build audiences by team, division, role, or custom selection
  • Reuse the same audience across campaigns
  • See each audience's size and language mix before you send

Automations

Emails the system sends on its own — game scheduled, cancelled, or rescheduled, score posted, 24-hour game reminders, team events added or cancelled. Every automation has its own on/off switch, and each one says exactly what its switch controls.

Where to edit
What you can do
  • Enable or disable each trigger individually
  • See when each automation last fired and how many people it reached, with emails sent by hand listed separately
  • Adopt newly shipped automations — each starts switched off
  • Audit every batch in the automation history

Some events — a new team event, a game time or venue change, a posted score — also send an app notification (a push and an in-app bell entry). Turning one of these switches off stops that notification too, so nobody is told at all.

Team Bulletins

Updates that team staff send to their roster and its contacts. Club admins get a read-only view of every bulletin here; members find them in the club site's bulletin hub.

Where to edit
What you can do
  • See every sent bulletin with its delivery and open results
  • Open any bulletin's full report
  • Replies go to whoever sent the bulletin, not a shared inbox

What members see

A bulletin arrives as an email to the roster and its contacts, and appears in the club site's bulletin hub with per-team unread counts.

Sender Settings

Choose where replies to your outgoing campaign emails land. The page shows the address replies go to right now — your own, or the no-reply default.

What you can do
  • See where replies currently go
  • Set a custom reply-to address so recipients' replies reach a real inbox
  • Leave the field blank to fall back to the no-reply default
