Branding
Logo, primary colours, tagline, and hero imagery for your public site.

Your logo replaces the default Leaguemeister mark on every page of your public club site, and your primary colour drives buttons, links, and accents. The tagline appears under your logo in the site header. Updates are visible to members within a minute.
Site Pages
One index for the content behind each club-site page — tryouts, program listings, registration, sponsors, news, and playoffs — with a live status line for each.

Domain
Point a custom domain (e.g. yourclub.org) to your Leaguemeister club site.

Members access your club site at the custom URL (e.g. yourclub.org) instead of the default Leaguemeister address. Existing leaguemeister.com links continue to redirect, so nothing breaks.
Sponsors
Showcase club sponsors on your public site with logos, links, and tier ordering.

- Group sponsors by tier (gold, silver, bronze)
- Reorder sponsors within a tier
Sponsor logos appear in a strip on your public homepage and in the site footer, ordered by tier and then by your manual ordering within each tier. Click-throughs go to the URL you configured.
Board & Staff
Publish a public board-of-directors and staff page with photos and bios.

Public roles appear on your Board & Staff page with photo, role, and bio. Internal-only roles are hidden from the public site but remain visible to admins for record-keeping.
Widgets
Generate embeddable widgets (schedule, standings, roster) for your existing website.

Pasting the embed code into any external site (e.g. a school parent portal or a WordPress page) pulls live schedule, standings, or roster data from Leaguemeister. The widget reflects your current branding automatically — update branding once and every embed updates with it.
Push Notifications (Member View)
Members opt into push notifications from the club site so they get game reminders, roster changes, and announcements on their phone. This is what your members see — admins can describe the experience using these screenshots.
- First-time visit: a "Enable notifications" banner slides up from the bottom of the screen on the club site
- Members tap Enable, then approve the browser permission prompt
- Once enabled, the dashboard shows toggles for News, Club announcements, Team announcements, and Game reminders
- On iOS, members must add the site to their home screen first — push only works in the installed PWA, not in Safari
Once signed in on their phone, members visit the dashboard to manage their notifications. Email notification toggles always appear; push notification toggles appear once they've granted browser permission. If permission is blocked, an inline hint shows them exactly where in their device settings to re-enable it (e.g. "Safari Settings > Notifications").
Add to Home Screen (Member View)
Members can install the club site as a mobile app — same icon, same offline support, same push notifications as a native app. The install button lives on the club-site dashboard for signed-in members.
- Members open the club site on their phone and sign in
- Dashboard → Account → App section shows an "Add to Home Screen" button
- iOS: tapping opens a guided modal showing how to use Safari's Share → Add to Home Screen
- Android: tapping triggers the browser's one-tap install prompt
- After install, the club appears as an app icon — tapping it opens the club site full-screen, no browser chrome
The club site behaves like a native app: launches full-screen with the club's logo as the app icon (driven by your Branding settings), works offline for previously-viewed pages, and receives push notifications. The app icon's appearance comes from the favicon and primary colour on the Branding page — keeping branding up to date keeps the installed app looking polished.
