Customise the public-facing website for your club. Branding, menu and page management, custom domain, sponsor logos, board & staff bios, and embeddable widgets all live here.

Home Page
Choose what's in the Spotlight, the block under your club name on your home page: news stories, a program, or your own content.
- Feature up to 3 news stories, either the latest ones automatically or stories you pick and order
- Promote one program listing, or write a custom block with an image and a button
- Set a "show until" date so time-limited content takes itself down
The Spotlight appears under your club name on the home page. Stories in it are left out of the Latest News list, so nothing repeats. Changes reach visitors within about a minute.
News posts
Write club news in the editor, keep it as a draft until it's ready, then publish. The Save bar at the bottom of the page says exactly what saving will do.
- Save as draft keeps a post private to admins; Publish post puts it on the club site
- The Published switch comes with a plain hint: what visitors will see once you save
- Leaving with unsaved changes asks first — here and on the four website editors
- Write the French version on the same page, from the language tabs
Published posts appear in Latest News and can be featured in the Spotlight on your home page. Drafts never show. Changes reach visitors within about a minute.
Branding
Logo, primary colours, tagline, and hero imagery for your public site.
- Upload club logo (light + dark variants)
- Set primary and accent colours
- Edit the tagline that appears under your logo (max 255 characters)
Your logo replaces the default Leaguemeister mark on every page of your public club site, and your primary colour drives buttons, links, and accents. The tagline appears under your logo in the site header. Updates are visible to members within a minute.
Site Pages
Every page of your club site in one list — turn pages on or off, choose which appear in the menu and in what order, and jump into each page's content editor.
- Turn a page off to take it offline — it leaves the menu and the sitemap, and home page buttons pointing at it are hidden
- Leave a page out of the menu while keeping it live for anyone with the link
- Reorder the menu with the arrows, and see each page's status at a glance
Page and menu changes reach visitors within about a minute of saving.
Domain
Point a custom domain (e.g. yourclub.org) to your Leaguemeister club site.
- Add and verify a custom domain
- View DNS records to configure at your registrar
- See SSL certificate status
Members access your club site at the custom URL (e.g. yourclub.org) instead of the default Leaguemeister address. Existing leaguemeister.com links continue to redirect, so nothing breaks.
Sponsors
Showcase club sponsors on your public site with logos, links, and tier ordering.
- Add sponsor logos with click-through URLs
- Group sponsors by tier (gold, silver, bronze)
- Reorder sponsors within a tier
Sponsor logos appear in a strip on your public homepage and on your site's Sponsors page (linked from the footer), ordered by tier and then by your manual ordering within each tier. Click-throughs go to the URL you configured.
Board & Staff
List your board of directors, staff, and volunteers on your club site, each with a title and an optional bio.
- Add a member with name, title or role, category (Board of Directors, Staff, or Volunteer), and an optional bio
- Optionally link the entry to an existing contact record
- Reorder members within a category with the up and down arrows
- Use the Active toggle to show or hide a member on your website without deleting them
Active members appear on your club site's Programs page, grouped under Board of Directors, Staff, and Volunteers in the order you set, with their name, title, and a link that expands the bio when one is filled in. Inactive members are hidden from the site but stay in your list here. The linked contact is never shown publicly.
Widgets
Generate embeddable widgets (schedule, standings, roster) for your existing website.
- Choose a widget type and configure filters
- Copy embed code for any external site
- Preview before pasting
Pasting the embed code into any external site (e.g. a school parent portal or a WordPress page) pulls live schedule, standings, or roster data from Leaguemeister. The widget reflects your current branding automatically — update branding once and every embed updates with it.
Notifications (Member View)
Members manage their club notifications in the Account section of the club-site dashboard: email notification toggles, plus push notifications on their phone once they allow them. This is what your members see — use these screenshots to walk them through it.
- Email notifications: toggles for News & promotions, Club announcements, Team announcements, and Game reminders. Members who aren't subscribed to club emails see a "Subscribe to club emails" button, and the toggles stay greyed out until they subscribe
- Push: once signed in, members see an "Enable notifications" banner at the bottom of the screen; tapping it brings up the browser's permission prompt ("Not now" hides the banner for the rest of the session)
- Once push is on, a second set of toggles appears for push notification types — game start and end, score updates, team chat, roster changes, availability reminders, game assignments, and event RSVP reminders — with a "Disable push notifications" link
- If push is blocked in the browser, an inline hint explains where to re-enable it, with a "Check again" button
- On iOS, push only works once the site is added to the Home Screen — until then the banner offers "Install the app first" instead
Once signed in on their phone, members open the dashboard to manage their notifications. The email toggles appear for anyone with a contact record at the club; the push toggles appear only after the member has turned push on and granted browser permission. If permission is blocked, the hint names the setting to change (e.g. "Safari Settings > Notifications").
Add to Home Screen (Member View)
Members can install the club site as a mobile app — same icon, same offline support, same push notifications as a native app. The install button lives on the club-site dashboard for signed-in members.
- Members open the club site on their phone and sign in
- Dashboard → Account → App section shows an "Add to Home Screen" button
- iOS: tapping opens a guided modal showing how to use Safari's Share → Add to Home Screen
- Android: tapping triggers the browser's one-tap install prompt
- After install, the club appears as an app icon — tapping it opens the club site full-screen, no browser chrome
The club site behaves like a native app: launches full-screen with the club's logo as the app icon (driven by your Branding settings), works offline for previously-viewed pages, and receives push notifications. The app icon's appearance comes from the favicon and primary colour on the Branding page — keeping branding up to date keeps the installed app looking polished.
