Subscription & Billing
Your plan, team count, and billing history — plus the account-owner controls for the whole lifecycle: cancel, resume, export your data, and delete with a 7-day restore window.
- Manage your team count — increases apply immediately, reductions at the next renewal
- Cancel without losing anything: access continues to the end of the paid period and data is kept
- Claim or transfer account ownership — only the owner can cancel, resume, or delete
- Export everything as a ZIP of spreadsheets; a deleted club can be restored within 7 days
Cancelling stops future charges and nothing else changes until the period ends. Deleting takes the club offline immediately — after the 7-day restore window it is permanently erased.
General Settings
Your organisation's name and the default language of your public site.
- Rename your organisation — the name shown on your dashboard, club site, and billing
- Set the club's default language (English or Français) for your public site
A new organisation name takes effect as soon as you save, and your billing plan name is updated to match. The default language applies to visitors of your public site who haven't chosen a language of their own — members with a personal language preference always see their own choice.
Security
Two-factor authentication for your own account and, for administrators, your organisation's MFA policy.
- Turn two-factor authentication on or off for your own account, using an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Authy
- See how many backup codes you have left, and regenerate them
- Administrators: require MFA for everyone in the organisation, or for Club Administrators only
- Administrators: choose the allowed MFA methods — the authenticator app today; email and SMS codes are marked "Coming soon"
Once the policy requires MFA, the users it covers must set it up before they can reach the dashboard. Everyone else can still turn it on optionally. This page doesn't set password rules or sign users out.
Communication Preferences
Your own email preferences with this organisation: whether it may email you, and which kinds of email you want. This page is about your account only — it doesn't change what anyone else receives.
- Turn email from this organisation on or off with one master switch — account security and consent messages are always sent
- When email is on, choose the categories you want: News and promotions, Club announcements (League announcements in a league), and Game reminders
- See your current consent status (for example Express, Implied, or No Consent)
Future campaigns respect your choices: with the master switch off you get no campaign or announcement emails, and unchecking a category stops only the campaigns tagged with it. Turning email back on after unsubscribing resubscribes you — no admin needed.
Archive Visibility
Decide how many past competition years members can browse on your club site, and whether coaching staff can see archived player stats.
- Set how many past competition years of stats and standings members can browse on the club site (at least 1, out of the years available)
- Let current-season team staff (coaches, managers) see every player's stats from archived years, not just their own team's
- Otherwise, archive stats follow your stats visibility setting (Website → Branding), applied to each player's team in the year being viewed
