Subscription & Billing

Your plan, team count, and billing history — plus the account-owner controls for the whole lifecycle: cancel, resume, export your data, and delete with a 7-day restore window.

What you can do
  • Manage your team count — increases apply immediately, reductions at the next renewal
  • Cancel without losing anything: access continues to the end of the paid period and data is kept
  • Claim or transfer account ownership — only the owner can cancel, resume, or delete
  • Export everything as a ZIP of spreadsheets; a deleted club can be restored within 7 days

When you cancel or delete

Cancelling stops future charges and nothing else changes until the period ends. Deleting takes the club offline immediately — after the 7-day restore window it is permanently erased.

When settings change

Time-zone and currency changes apply to scheduling and financial reports immediately. Organisation name updates propagate to email senders and the public club site within a minute.

Security

Two-factor authentication, session controls, and password policy.

What you can do
  • Enforce 2FA for admin roles
  • Revoke active sessions
  • Configure password complexity rules

What admins see

When 2FA is enforced, admin users are prompted to set up 2FA on their next sign-in. Revoking a session signs the user out immediately on every device. Password policy changes apply at the next password reset, not retroactively.

Communication Defaults

Default sender name, reply-to address, and email signature for outbound communications.

What you can do
  • Set the default From and Reply-To for campaigns
  • Add an email signature appended to every send

What recipients see

New campaigns inherit these defaults unless overridden in the campaign editor. Existing campaigns are unaffected; the change only applies to future sends.

Archive

Soft-delete past seasons and historical data while keeping it queryable for reports.

What you can do
  • Archive a closed season to remove it from active views
  • Restore an archived season if needed
  • See an audit trail of archive actions

Preferences

Personal preferences that follow you rather than the club: interface language and display density.

What you can do
  • Choose English or French — saved to your account, applies on all your devices
  • Pick a display density — saved per device
